Father Son Holy Gore - Slasher Ripper - Dr. Israel Holds Dead HeartA man digs his wave down into a grave. He pulls apart the coffin. Later, he brings the corpse from the coffin to Dr. Israel, though she’s not happy with the state of it. Yet the doc still pays for it, sending the man off. She goes to work afterwards and starts sawing before she pulls out the dead, withering heart. She connects the dead heart to some electrodes and watches as the heart reanimates; it beats slowly, then she takes the electrodes away and it keeps on beating. Dr. Israel laughs a little like Victor Frankenstein, as she feels triumphant. But it’s only a few moments until the heart stops beating.

Elsewhere, Rijkers finds the mutilated body of Salomé.
At the Garvey home, Verdi wakes up to Basil lurking nearby. They’ve still not entirely settled into their relationship; or, she hasn’t, anyway. Basil’s trying to give her all the pretty, expensive things while Verdi only wonders when she’ll be able to go home again. Verdi misses her “Fathers Bible.” She only wants to be a good person. Basil just wants to keep Verdi under his thumb now. Over at the Simcoe place, Regina’s talking with Pastor Andrew when Georges bursts in. She hears about Georges’s recent loss: “There has been so much death.” Georges asks Regina if she’ll use her fullest powers to contact Terrence. He’s distraught. Of course the Man of God says it’s an “unnatural request borne of unnatural feelings.” Regina’s willing, she simply doesn’t think she’ll be able to do it, but Georges urges her on and she quickly agrees, though requests that the pastor will be present to protect her soulFather Son Holy Gore - Slasher Ripper - Psychic ReginaThe elder Botticelli sisters are counting their money, albeit it’s still not enough for their greedy wants. They’re soon visited by Basil, who’s looking for Verdi’s things. He says they’ve got a new arrangement now, but the sisters were merely loaning Verdi out for a while; Venetia won’t agree to anything new. Basil gets a look at the bare room Verdi was living in at her sisters’ home before he heads out with her things. Venetia says if Mr. Garvey wants to keep the younger sister they’ll require more money. Meanwhile, Viviana hates Verdi because of losing the interest of Basil. What a mess; all of it! That night we see Verdi attempt fleeing Basil’s home. She’s given a hard dose of reality by the housekeeper about what it is “to be loved by Mr. Garvey” and how bad it is to “not be loved” by him. Rough choice; if a choice at all.
Back at the hospital, Rijkers goes to see Dr. Israel, questioning whether she’s been there all night. He says The Widow has struck again in gruesome fashion, warning the doctor about it. But she’s seen her fair share of death and brutality. Before they leave, the detective takes notice of a particular body, but Dr. Israel calls him away before he takes too good a look.

Georges and Regina sit together for a seance. He gives her an item of clothing belonging to Terrence when he was alive, in hopes it’ll provide more psychic energy. The pastor assures Regina he’s there to offer protect. Georges starts by calling out to the spirits and deities beyond the veil, calling for Terrence. In just seconds, Regina feels something enter her body. She talks about feeling pain. She’s not sure where she is anymore. That’s because she isn’t herself right now. Regina reawakens as a dead Terrence, so Georges takes his time to say goodbye to his lover and tells Terrence he is “a hunted man” who has to flee. Regina, as dead Terrence, warns Georges that “she will follow” wherever he goes. Terrence’s spirit tells Georges not to run. The pastor’s disturbed and begins to pray, as Regina goes unconscious.

At the Salomé crime scene, Rijkers and Dr. Israel have a look at the body together. The doctor notices ragged, messy cuts, suggesting a rushed kill. She notes “a lot of mayhem” across Salomé’s body. The detective wonders about the reason for such violence. The doctor finds needle marks on the neck which further suggest Salomé was drugged, in order to allow The Widow more time to inflict gruesome injury. She believes The Widow hoped Salomé would feel everything. This death hits Dr. Israel hard, as she and Salomé were friends. She’s decided it’s time to make a confession about her, Georges, and Basil’s role in the murder of Margaret Mehar. She doesn’t want to be tortured and murdered by The Widow.Father Son Holy Gore - Slasher Ripper - Garvey Behind BarsNot long later, Georges, Basil, and Dr. Israel are behind bars in jail. They’re all at odds, too. Georges wonderfully quips from Shakespeare to suggest Basil’s working too hard to protest his innocence: “The lady doth protest too much, methinks.” They all think the other(s) is The Widow. The cops eventually come to take Basil for a visit with Rijkers first. Rijkers gets to questioning both Basil and Georges, armed with what Dr. Israel has brought him. But is it really going to get him any closer to the truth? Georges mentions the party and putting a spell on Margaret, whereas Basil claims it was Georges using Margaret as a guinea pig for a new magic trick. A flashback shows that Basil went to Georges looking to have Margaret’s mind controlled. He was hoping to erase something specific from her mind, and Georges agreed to try something new, as long as the pay was right. Neither of them cared that what it required Georges to do was dangerous.

On the street, Regina’s accosted by a man when she scolds him for making children work. This gets heated, especially once Pastor Andrew steps in. The man and the pastor scuffle a moment before the man stabs Andrew. The man runs off and leaves a bleeding Andrew on the streets, as Regina screams out for help. At the police station, Rijkers questions Dr. Israel further about the night of Margaret’s death. She believes herself and Georges to be accessories to the murder. They’re interrupted by Regina stumbling in with blood all over her hands. She wants Dr. Israel to help, begging Rijkers to release the doctor to work on Andrew. So, off they go! At the hospital, Dr. Israel begins working on Andrew, but it’ll take quite a while, which means Rijkers can go about the rest of his business for the time being.

At the hospital, Dr. Israel’s surprised by The Widow. She asks the killer to let her finish surgery, then says whatever happens, happens. The killer obliges and lets the doctor complete the procedure on Pastor Andrew. It’s a tense environment. Dr. Israel plunges a needle into her own arm to give the Man of God a blood transfusion, all under the watch of The Widow. When that’s done, she sews Andrew up, too. But after it’s all finished, Dr. Israel turns expecting The Widow to be ready to strike, and The Widow is… gone. Simultaneously, Rijkers is over at Garvey’s place getting himself inside to have a closer look at the man’s inner sanctum. Is there anything to find? Later on, he talks to Dr. Israel again and finds out The Widow showed up yet didn’t do anything to the doc. Israel’s sure that The Widow doesn’t want to kill her since she only “disrespected” Margaret’s corpse; she used Margaret’s dead body as a practice body instead of having to pay anybody willing to go grave robbing. That does NOT mean the doctor’s innocent since everything she did helped lead to Andrew May Sr. being publicly hanged.

Back at the hospital, Dr. Israel’s napping and hears something, so she goes out into the hallway to inspect. She’s surprised from behind with a needle in the neck. She goes unconscious and then, unsurprisingly, wakes up unable to move. She sees that she’s been pinned down with a piece of metal through her chest, and a bunch more pieces of metal throughout the rest of her body. She also notices that she’s had a little surgery and at least one of her arms has been replaced with someone else’s arm. She struggles to free herself and the arm comes off. She definitely has some more new additions when it comes to limbs. In the midst of this we see a flashback: Dr. Israel drops Margaret’s mutilated corpse in an alleyway like trash.
Back to the present, as The Widow surveys the torturous, mangled position in which Dr. Israel’s been left. The killer starts connecting the pieces of metal in the doctor to a nearby power source, not unlike the doctor was doing with the heart earlier. When they’re all connected, The Widow turns the juice up and fries Dr. Israel.
